If you need to check on the status of your claim, rather than coming through to us via chat or email, the best thing to do is reach out directly to our claims partners using the contact details below.

If your claim was for Buildings and Contents, you’ll need to get in touch with our Claims Partners at Davies – either via phone or by email.

  • Please use the phone or email address you were provided by Davies when first registering your claim - this will be different to the number on your policy documents and will ensure you get through to the right team

  • 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Mon – Fri

If you need to contact Davies outside office hours, then either leave a voicemail on their out-of-hours messaging service, or send an email. Either way, a member of the Davies team will get back to you as soon as they can.

If you have the Personal Family Legal optional power-up, get in touch with our Claims Partners at ARAG – either via phone (select menu option 1) or by emailing them.

If it's trickier to reach our claims handling partners during unprecedented times (such as in the event of a storm), please reach out to us using the chat function, either in the app or on the website, and we'll help however we can. We won't be able to register your claim, but we can reach out to the people who do.
