You can either add an eligible device during your quote when you first purchase a policy. You can also add one any time in the Locket app by:

  • Logging into your account

  • Navigating to your policy

  • Scrolling down

  • Selecting "manage my devices"

In the case of an existing policy, whether you pay annually or monthly, the price is recalculated pro-rata and you may receive a discount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

If applicable, your pro-rata refund will appear in your bank account within ten business days (though this is usually much sooner).
