In case of an emergency; don’t call us just yet.

The first thing you should do is try to minimise the damage.

Do you need to turn off the water? What about shutting off the power?
Evacuate the building if you need to.

Call people who are in an immediate position to help – the emergency services, a locksmith, a plumber etc.

While we've ceased to trade as a home insurance provider, our claims partners at Davies are on hand to assist with any claims you registered while you were on cover with us.

To make a claim regarding your Buildings and Contents policy, you’ll need to get in touch with our Claims Partners at Davies – either via phone, online form or by email.

If you need to contact Davies outside office hours, then either leave a voicemail on their out-of-hours messaging service, or send an email. Either way, a member of the Davies team will get back to you as soon as they can.
