At Locket, we don't do price walking, which means we’ll never offer you a cheap rate to get you to sign up then hike up your price later. But there are a handful of reasons your price could change over time – for example, if we offered you a fairer price for owning smart devices, but you later uninstalled them, or they stopped working.

Roughly once a year, we’ll also apply all our new data science to the price we gave you a year ago and work out if it needs to change.

If we have to change your price for some reason, we’ll contact you to explain and offer you the new price.
