No cancellation fees, no admin fees, no-nonsense. You pay upfront for the month, but if you decide you want to leave, we’ll usually refund you pro-rata for any cover you’ve paid for, but not used. The only time we won’t refund you, is if you cancel following a claim within the 14-day cooling-off period.
