Since Locket operates on a subscription model, meaning we're a rolling contract, the minimum amount of time you can buy a policy for is one month. But, you can always cancel your policy whenever you like — no cancellation fees, no admin fees, no nonsense.

We'll give you a full refund if you're within the 14-day cooling-off period, or if you've been with us for longer than that, we’ll refund you pro-rata for any cover you’ve paid for but not used. The only time we won’t refund you is if you cancel following a claim within the 14-day cooling-off period.
